Ooh, I don't want drink fish oil,or garlic juice neither. Don't even want to imagine that. I am taking Omega Fish Oil in pill form. However, I am drinking my Anti-oxidants, calcium and Vitamins. Actually they are in powder form, and every morning, I add appropriate amount of water to make it isotonic to our body fluid, and drink while my stomach is still empty. It's easy, and taste good. I used to kept forgetting to take pills in the morning (both at home and at work), but now, I rarely skip any day.

Hi there,

I enjoyed reading your article. Gee, I wouldn't have known you existed if it weren't for Entrecard. I take vitamins now, Fish Oil and Garlic. If I were to take them in liquid form, would they taste nasty? Sorry I am one of those "I hate the taste of medicine types."
