		<description>You are spot on, exercise will releive both stress, anxiety and depression. i practice Kendo, because of the nonsense I have to deal with day in, day out, i have to now practice every day- That's ok though, because the sangfroid I experience when I wlk from the amt helps me get through eah and every day, mostly with a smile.
