Famine is here, right? Lose the weight slowly and get lots of rest if you can, that way your body's watchdogs won't think something alarming is happening. The best thing I did was stop eating white flour. I feel SO much better now, less still and sore, more energy, better digestion, you name it. Turns out that white flour was all wrong for me. Try it!</description>
